Good Bye Saigon

I boarded the plane with such a heavy heart. The heart that tells me to stay and know more about the city and the people. But I know I had to leave it all behind and visit them again. Hotel Rex the famous building where journalists were located when the people demanded independence, Ciao Cafe that holds such nostalgic moments for the viets. I will visit the city again to unfold the mystery that it holds in me.

Did a quick change of whatever Dongs I was holding onto as I know that when I reach SG, they will have no value to me at all. Managed to squeeze S$60 out from what was left over. Sigh, at least can buy a shirt lor. After spending on food and many drinks, I realised that I spent a total of S$100. Arriving at Singapore Changi Airport, I did a quick walk-through at DFS. I think they really have crappy wines. Skipped buying anything there and headed home. I like the feeling of having just a piece of luggage and not seeing my parents at the airport this time. Went straight for the taxi queue and headed home. So executive, like some business trip like that. (erm....I am right?)

====================
Sent TO off at the airport in the evening. I was not able to catch up much with him during this trip as was away on the Viet trip. Was nice to be able to see him off before his next trip back. Be good my friend. Someone is waiting for you here in SG. Muahahaha.
