Friday
Was invited to Mervyn's Birthday party. The crowd was interesting enough to have kept me occupied throughout the hour. The turnout was incredible with the chalet filled to the brim with men. Had fun just sitting around and chatting with the host and friends.
Saturday
Breakfast was at The Botanical Gardens- Halia. The ambience of the restaurant was relax and casual. However, the food was less than satisfactory with poor service coming from the chef that was in-charged of preparing eggs. So much attitude when I actually requested for sunny side up eggs.
Dinner was with Tadashi at Outram food centre. I had wanted to bring him to food street to sample local fare. However, parking was such a bitch. The evening ended with drinks at Indo Chine- Opiume. The layout of the restaurant was amazing with tables illuminating a blue hue. Ordered a Jade Frost, tasted delicious. Thank goodness for valet parking or I really had no idea how do I park in a mass of cars.
Sunday
Stayed home and rot. =(
