Tea break, Coffee break, Give me a break.

Such a nice morning to sleep-in, but no! Some people just wants to call you at this hour to engage in a Phone-interview with you. And I had to pretend that I have been awake since 6am, waiting for their call.

Anyway, at the end of the interview he wanted me to rate the interview I had with him. Feeling humble as always (roll-eyeball). I gave myself 7/10. And he was relentless in asking why I rated 7 for me-self. I had to come up with some cock & bull excuse. And eventually he thought I was worth more than 7 points. (I know) Hahaha.....but he is not giving me another interview. Just for the fact that I am not a fit to his department's work culture. People out there are just looking for tea-break chat I tell you. *Blah*

people don't hire for several reasons, and department/company culture is a very major factor, cos that affects the working dynamics of the individual and the group... other similar reasons people don't hire are... over-qualification (=too expensive), too much talent (=may overshadow boss), too independant (=overshadow team) etc... trust me, cos i've sat on the interviewer's seat before...
