Do people always put up a front when they are infact vulnerable? Even the toughest guy in the world has a soft spot. There must be a fear in them that is well hidden. Why is there a need to pretend that all is well when pain exists deep down within? By showing that one is happy and well could just be a front to avoid answering prying questions.
There should be nothing wrong with being vulnerable as vulnerability shows true sensitivity to situations. In this new age, there is a need to be sensitive to everything that is around you. Even in your workplace, you need to possess this talent. By being senstive to the people around you, you tend to be senstive to your own emotional needs.
I believe that I must avoid hiding vulnerability, as hidden behind a mask doesn't make the situation any less complicated.

I think that only true good friends can see through vulnerability. I was taken aback when you told me you saw through it at KTV that day. I didn't even realise that I had been suppressing it since BT. Even with SN. Well, always remember that you have good friends who will always be there for you.
Yes, only true good friends can see through vulnerability. I suppose that is how it is suppose to work. If not how are we able to discern true friends from hoi polloi? =P
